Visiting the site

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. To deliver and protect the pages, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit in its server logs. We use no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We set no cookies. Fonts are served from our own site.

Writing to us

When you use the contact form or the RnD inquiry form, we receive what you enter: name, email address and your message, and on the RnD form also company, role, engagement and timing. We use it only to answer you. The forms are processed by Netlify Forms and forwarded to our email (Microsoft 365). We keep your message as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, then delete it.

Embedded videos

Some news pages show videos from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When such a page opens, Google receives your IP address and technical data from your browser.

Where your data is processed

Nilu27, Inc. and its service providers Netlify, Microsoft and Google process data in the United States. For visitors in the European Union, we process data to answer your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to run a secure website (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing. Write to info@nilu27.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
